 - added new option: autocolored ecmline and bitrate ( enable/disable via setup), bitrate autochange the color: red < 2000, orange < 4000, white < 8000, green > 8000
 - added support for BH 1.5.1 VU+ (older removed)
 - changed initializing of "more ecm and TP info" - when disabled (via setup) after reboot button "help" is not occuped by skin - have a default enigma settings
 - changed caid info: when ecm not exist, all caids are displayed
