-Built this time as 'all' architecture

-Use ConfigNumber instead of ConfigInteger for minute input

-Overwrite MinuteInput of DVDPlayer as well

-Made plugin translatable

-Added German translation

-New config: overwrite the left/right buttons (change needs enigma2-restart)
